Post-Acquisition Integration
Moon Consulting assisted with post-acquisition integration of Houston-based chemical distributor and chemical response company, Ksolv Group. Services included:
- Unified and normalized the business date and processes of various business units and laid a solid foundation for future improvement of management with the implementation of the field modules.
- Improved financial and operational reporting cycle and the enterprise’ business process efficiency, allowing business personnel more time and energy for management.
- Enhanced KPI data through the integration of enterprise management and ERP system and process.
Project Financing
Moon Consulting assisted with the finance of a 20MW solar project in Nicaragua. We teamed up with a private investor to create his vision of green energy in Latin America, working with international banks (Panama) to source additional financing for the project.
